Poster Guidelines for the First Annual USF Celebration of Scholarship Day
All faculty and their students are cordially invited to display and explain posters of their work. A one-page summary of research and educational research efforts should also be submitted by the faculty and/or their students to be included in the proceedings of the event (by March 27). If a faculty member has multiple projects then multiple posters and summaries may be submitted. The proceedings will be published as an annual College of Engineering publication.
Camera ready format requirements for the one-page summary are attached. Up to 3 posters per faculty member will be funded by the College of Engineering (beyond this number is the responsibility of the investigator or student). Easels will be supplied by the College of Engineering (no mounting on walls or glass is permitted). Poster formats are flexible (dimensions should be no more than about 2'x3' per project unless some groups may have existing posters that they may wish to use, or have special mounting displays available) and to be determined by each investigator, but must fit on easels.
To be funded by the College of Engineering all posters and printing must be sent to Engineering Computing in PowerPoint format at the following site: http://www2.eng.usf.edu/Ecomp/PosterPrinting.asp
